  • Account & Authentication Data: Email address and authentication identifiers (via Supabase Auth).
  • Profile Data (optional): Name, profile photo, bio, vehicle or garage information (including vehicle registration number if you provide it), social links, copilot or passenger details, and other information you choose to provide.
  • Contact Data for Club Management (optional): Address fields (line 1 and line 2), city or locality, state or region or province, postal code, country, and contact phone number provided in your profile for organizer and club-management operations.
  • Community & Membership Data: Clubs and communities you join, membership status and roles, and visibility settings you define.
  • Event Data: Event registrations and attendance, including event-specific details (e.g., dietary preferences, passenger info).
  • Payment & Billing Data: Payment status, transaction metadata, and refund history. We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Technical & Security Data: IP address, device and browser metadata, and security logs.
  • Tracking & Usage Data: Service usage analytics, interaction data, and email engagement (if applicable).
  • Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the service and analyze usage. See Section 15 (Cookie Policy) below for details.

3. Data Sources

We collect personal data:

  • Directly from you (e.g., account creation, event registration, forms).
  • Automatically through use of the platform (logs, analytics, cookies).
  • From community administrators managing events or memberships.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data based on:

  • Contract: to provide the services you request.
  • Consent: for optional data and marketing communications.
  • Legitimate Interest: service improvement, security, and fraud prevention.
  • Legal Obligation: compliance with applicable laws.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as an independent data controller for payment data.

We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We share data only when necessary with:

  • Club administrators of communities you join.
  • Stripe as an independent data controller for payment processing.
  • Supabase and Vercel as data processors for authentication, hosting, storage, and service delivery.

Contact data marked for club management is intended for management use only and is not exposed to other members or outsiders.

Data may also be shared with authorized service providers and data processors strictly for operating the platform.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data is primarily processed within the EU/EEA.

Some providers (such as Stripe) may process data outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Account data: while your account is active.
  • Event and membership data: as required for service operation.
  • Financial records: as required by law (typically 6-10 years).
  • Optional profile data: until you edit or delete it.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:

  • Encryption.
  • Role-based access control.
  • Secure infrastructure (via Supabase).
  • Access restrictions to authorized personnel only.
